Survey on Interview Time Adjustment for University Application (Academic Year 115)
1. If you have a scheduling conflict with another department's interview or a major reason requiring an advance adjustment, please fill out the form by 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 7. (Late submissions will not be accepted.)
2. Once the interview schedule is announced on the department website at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, May 12, no further requests for time slot changes will be accepted. (Interview dates cannot be altered.)
3. The estimated interview time is from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Monday, May 18, and Tuesday, May 19. (This is subject to change based on the number of interviewees.)
4. If you need to make modifications after submitting, please simply fill out the form again. The department will use your most recent submission.
