⭕️Mentorship Activities
Full-time faculty members (including professors, associate professors, and assistant professors) serve as mentors. Every semester, mentor-mentee gatherings, off-campus housing visits, and academic warning interviews are held. These usually take place during the midterm period through flexible formats such as meetings, dining together, or outings. The goal is to care for students' academics, interpersonal relationships, time management, life adaptation, and future planning.

⭕️Freshman Package and Orientation Tea Party:

"Freshman Package": Upon receiving the admission information of the freshmen, we proactively contact them and quickly send out the "Freshman Package," personally prepared by the Student Association, to every new student. It contains a course selection guide carefully compiled by seniors, a handbook introducing freshman orientation activities, a campus life guide, etc. This allows freshmen to gain a preliminary understanding of their four years of university life as quickly as possible, helps them prepare for enrollment faster, and assists them in their upcoming freshman year!
To allow freshmen from various regions to get to know the university classmates they will spend the next four years with, the Student Association hosts orientation tea parties in the Northern, Central, and Southern regions during the summer vacation. Group games are arranged at the tea parties to help freshmen quickly get to know their departmental peers in a relaxed manner. Seniors from different regions are also invited to share interesting campus stories. Through chatting and answering freshmen's questions, we help reduce their unfamiliarity with university life. We hope that through these orientation activities, freshmen can gain a deeper understanding of the CCU Business Administration Department and feel the warmth of the Student Association!
⭕️CCUBA Freshman Week Special

Between moving into the dorms and the official start of classes, there is a week dedicated to helping freshmen get used to campus life. To welcome this year's freshmen, the Student Association has carefully prepared a series of activities known as "Freshman Week."
During the dorm move-in period, seniors from the Student Association assist freshmen with the check-in process, moving procedures, internet applications, etc., and help carry luggage to their respective rooms. We hope this allows freshmen to quickly get to know the seniors in the department during the window before classes begin.
💜Luggage Assistance: Too heavy to move? Don't worry, the seniors are here to help!
💜Campus Safety, General Education, and Self-Defense Introduction: Learn basic self-defense skills to stay safe!
💜Confused about which General Education courses to take? Too many dimensions to figure out? We'll clear that up for you!
💜Joint Dinner: Get to know your new friends and seniors in a joyful atmosphere!
💜How much do you know about BA? Helping juniors better understand what they will learn in the Business Administration Department and what future activities will be held!
💜Campus Treasure Map Activity (Day 2): Helping juniors quickly recognize and become familiar with the campus environment. Through this game, they search for specific locations on campus, take photos, complete the treasure map, and successfully explore the university! This is one of the most fun activities, especially given the vast CCU campus!

⭕️Inter-departmental Cheerleading Competition

This year, the Business Administration Department not only secured fifth place but also won the Best Team Spirit Award. This shows that during the cheerleading practice process, students built deep friendships. We hope this cohesion will continue so they can support each other throughout their remaining university life!

This is the first large-scale activity for freshmen. Participating students start practicing in mid-September, learning various high-difficulty skills, training for teamwork, and cultivating team chemistry to deliver a perfect performance. In addition, the university's varsity cheerleading coaches meticulously design the performance content, hoping to leave a lasting impression on the judges and the audience.
⭕️Beginning-of-Term General Meeting

In the first few days after the semester starts, the Student Association officially introduces the duties of its officers, the activities planned for the year, and the outcomes of last year's events. The meeting also includes various fun games, allowing freshmen (often wearing their high school uniforms) to play with their new classmates. They can find peers from the same high school and meet seniors from the same region. Meals are also provided for participants to enjoy, making it an event filled with both food and fun!
⭕️Departmental BBQ
For the annual Mid-Autumn Festival, the Student Association hosts a departmental BBQ, inviting students from freshmen to seniors to gather at a nearby barbecue campsite. The costs are fully covered by the association fee paid upon enrollment; students only need to pay a small venue cleaning fee to enjoy the ingredients provided and participate in the evening's activities. The most important aspect of the BBQ is to strengthen the bond across the entire department. Everyone eats barbecue and shares bits and pieces of university life, filling the whole campsite with the laughter of BA students. Small games and lucky draws are also designed for the event, bringing the atmosphere to a climax under the hosts' guidance! At the end of the event, all participating students leave with satisfied smiles.

⭕️Career Lectures:

"Finding what you truly want is the most important thing. You might fail, and there might be many setbacks, but growing through stumbling will eventually help you figure out your goals and find your value within those experiences."
Every semester, the Student Association regularly invites external speakers to give talks and share career advice. Last year, we were honored to invite Ina Wang, a career consultant with work experience in e-commerce and the FMCG industry. In her lecture, she shared real-life examples and challenges faced in careers, guiding everyone to think about and clarify their own work values.
⭕️Christmas Ball:
In December, nearing the end of the semester, the Student Association invites students to celebrate the festive atmosphere of Christmas together. For this year's ball, we collaborated with five other departments: Law, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry and Biochemistry, Labor Relations, and Economics, to host a joint six-department Christmas Ball. Unlike other departmental events, this is a large-scale activity where students can interact and have fun with peers from other departments.
The event flow, administrative work, safety measures, shuttle services, etc., were all continuously discussed and optimized by the organizing teams of each department so that students could participate with peace of mind. Experiencing nightclub culture in a safe environment felt novel and attractive, drawing over 200 participants from various departments. Through a series of activities and performances, it provided students with a truly special experience.

⭕️Inter-university Activities
Sports competitions such as the National University Business Administration Department Student Association Federation Cup (National BA Cup), the Southern District University Business Administration Department Joint Sports Competition (Southern BA Cup), and the Zheng-Xing-Cheng-Wan Cup.
In addition, midterm activities are held irregularly, such as the "Halloween Funny Face Voting Contest," "Run for Money (Tag Game)," "Test of Courage," and "BA Cinema," uniting the entire department as one, regardless of grade level.
