Application Process and Deadlines
Application Deadlines: First Semester closes on 11/30; Second Semester closes on 3/31.
Application Documents: One original copy each of the Program Application Form, Transcript for all years, and Graduation Qualification Review Form.

Program Certificate Application Process
- Download and Fill: Download and complete the program application form (available at the links below).
- Obtain Signatures: Get signatures from the instructors, the department office, and the department chair.
- Submit Documents: Submit the application materials to the department office before the deadline (First Semester: 11/30, Second Semester: 3/31). Required documents include one original copy each of the application form, transcript of all years, and graduation qualification review form.
- Certificate Issuance: Upon successful review, the program certificate will be awarded.

Scholarships
Scholarships in our department are generally divided into two categories: Academic Excellence Scholarships and Financial Aid Grants, detailed below.
Academic/Outstanding Performance Scholarships
| Scholarship Name | Eligibility | Description |

| Graduate Student Scholarship and Grant | Master's and Doctoral Students | Serves as a work-study grant. Recipients must assist with departmental administration, teaching, or research work. |
| President's Award | Master's and Undergraduate Students | Undergraduate: Scholarship for incoming freshmen and outstanding students. Master's: Scholarship for incoming students. |
| Go Get Osome Reward Program | Master's and Undergraduate Students | Includes Golden Star, Golden English, and Golden Pride Awards, rewarding outstanding performance in competitions, journal publications, professional certifications, language proficiency, and extracurricular activities. |
